We seek to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with organizations that can add value to the bottom line with demonstrated success and expertise in waste management and sustainability.
- Vendor Management: We will be our client's central point of contact to find and manage all partners, buyers, and vendors to achieve sustainability goals.
- Supply Chain Management: For initiatives that require existing supply chain exploration and management, we will manage and coordinate all stakeholders.
The partnerships we establish go beyond waste management and add value in several ways. We can leverage our relationships and industry knowledge to involve cleantech companies that can help reduce waste in house through active monitoring, provide software for facility management or maintenance or partner with technology companies to develop custom solutions for the client's operation.
Our goal is to establish win-win relationships between partners working towards a shared goal, before moving forward with project kick-off during the Project Management phase.

Vendor Management
Why? Sustainability initiatives often require a high degree of collaboration, as the project manager PRI will manage new and existing stakeholders on behalf of our clients.
How? For each opportunity our clients decide to move forward with, we get buy-in and bring together a working group of partners with shared goals.
Supply Chain Management
Why? It's likely that our client's sustainability initiatives will extend beyond direct vendors, which requires further supply chain engagement and management.
How? Our team can map out and manage stakeholders across the supply chain, and act as a third-party project manager to ensure optimized collaboration across parties.
